"At Echo & Air, we want you to love your artisanal finds. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To keep your experience effortless, we provide free return shipping on all eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Items marked as final sale or personal care items (such as certain jewelry or headpieces for hygiene reasons) may be exempt from returns. If you have any questions, our team is here to help you find your perfect fit."
